Join community herbalist Sara Rose to explore the healing power of a herbal tisane.

We will discuss:

water as a medium for extracting medicinal properties from herbs
the energetics of spring and springtime herbs
supporting your body through the change of the season with herbal medicine

Everyone will then create their own custom tea blend to take home and enjoy. Herbal tea will be served.
